wrap. there were so many questions before tonight's game between the 49ers and seahawks in seattle but who thought the biggest question would be will the seahawks score 50 points for the third straight game. did the 49ers miss justin smith tonight in seattle you bet cha. but it rained the entire game and it was loud from start to finish just the way the seahawks love it. it's lynch 25-yard touchdown makes it 7-0. lynch was in his self-described beach mode. he also catches this touch down pass by wilson. it's 14-0. were the niners worn out from last week's game. yes. and the seahawks impose their pain. replay shows that he was just playing old fashion slobber knocker football. field goal kicker akers frustrating season, it keeps him on it. richard sherman scoops it and scores. this guy played for harbaugh and this is the way simpson treats him. he's seen heading away that way again. and someone gives pete carol an umbrella. leroy hill twists and tackles manningham, manningham leaves with a knee injury. and doug baldwin, baldwin performs a great ballet style move to beat carlos roger

of seattle with the comparable ordinance was allowed to regulate yellow page distribution under the first amendment. unfortunately a few weeks ago the three-judge circle panel reverse that had case found that yellow pages are subject to full first amendment protections. as i have stated before, i strongly disagree with the 9th circuit's ruling which is a misreading of the first amendment to protect polluters with 1.6 million unwanted yellow page books every year. based on the same logic as the citizens united ruling that treats the free speech rights of corporate super p-a-cs to be the same as real people. but in light of that decision and in consultation with our city attorney, this legislation would be recommended to suspend implementation of our pilot program at least until future appellate proceedings determines that the seattle law is consistent with the first amendment. and, colleagues, i also want to mention that i'm still committed to finding policies that reduce yellow page blight and i'm working with the city attorney to hopefully draft new legislation to find alternate approach

senior leadership seminar up in seattle, that we had the first one this year. they have some people down here from the seattle sea fair, which is the equivalent of san francisco fleet week association. they have people from the sea fair committee, board, if you l that is here observing what we do here in san francisco. and, so, those are great indicators to me that this program, this collaboration and partnership building is here to stay way beyond after i'm gone. >> and i'll just say 10% of the active duty coast guard makes its home here in the bay area. if we're a smaller coast guard tomorrow, we'll still have 10% of the coast guard here in the bay area. this is a critical hub for the coast guard. and when you look at the pacific, i expect to see our numbers to go up over time. so, i am not concerned in the least. my house and the 20 pacific area commanders before me, if you look out the door, that's my house right up from the light house. and, so, we are strategically located here in the bay. so, we will be here for the long term as well. >> any other questions from the audience? okay

scattered showers. look at the rain up and down the western sea board here. seattle, portland getting heavy rainfall. our round of rain is several miles offshore. it's only a matter of time before it gets here. the timing has changed. it likely will be after midnight tomorrow night before the rain picks up in and around san francisco, oakland and san jose. we're pushing things back after midnight tomorrow. rainfall totals have not changed. everywhere you see purple another two inches of rainfall. north day, three to five inches of additional rainfall. a lot of rain coming through from midnight tomorrow night through the day on sunday. it looks like it will come in a consolidated amount of time. it looks like the rain will be out of here sunday afternoon. dryer by sunday evening. the average high is right around 60 degrees. napa 64. san jose, 65 degrees. the rain picks up tomorrow night. raining most of the day on sunday. after they we get a break. monday looks dry. a couple scattered showers on tuesday and wednesday and then mainly dry and sunny next thursday and friday. we have one more ro

as the rainfall, it's way up to the north, up to the pacific northwest, portland and seattle, picking up significant rainfall. most of california in the clear with the exception of cloud cover. you can see with the satellite perspective closer to the bay area for san francisco, oakland and fairfield. forecast headlines for today. we do have this -- partly to mostly cloudy skies. tomorrow some morning cloud cover out there but once again, we'll go with the partly sunny forecast. this weekend it will be dry but we will be watching an increase in the wind speeds as we head into saturday night and sunday morning. current temperatures are in the 50s to basically upper 50s out there. here's the bigger perspective, once again, on the satellite. still tracking some fog out to the central valley and a batch of midlevel clouds. and tomorrow morning with the leftover moisture and the stabilizing weather pattern that will translate to fog really targeting the delta and some inland valleys but even around the bay itself. we could have visibilities down to one quarter of a mile. but high pressure is s
